Moutaz meets Open-Source Development

Moutaz meets Open-Source Development
How do you correctly start and keep up an OSS project?
I have read that OSS process is different from traditional software development, of course. But it is different in the sense of peer reviews. But the question is: How good a program must be in order to release it for peer reviews?
I have also read that an OSS project maintainer must release early and often, and that one must not be afraid to publish the code regardless of how bad is it.
These are some thoughts, and we'll pick up on this later.
